I had the exact same model and loved it. In one year it didn™™t work though. I was surprised this high end model only had a one year warranty. Had to buy a new one. Thought the magnetron would be warranted longer.

I bought this 2 months ago and after 1 month the microwave stopped working. I unplugged it for a while hoping that it would RESET and it did and worked fine for about 2 weeks and once again it won't even get my cup of coffee warm. The Convection part still works. I was told to bring it back and they will check it. That's fine, but I live 25 miles away and being almost 70 years old find it very inconvenient because it's so heavy. Oh well. I'm rating this POOR just because I haven't had it long enough before it failed.

This microwave is okay, but not nearly as easy to use or functional as our last Half-Time Oven model. When you try to auto-cook baked potatoes, it asks how many potatoes you'd like to cook but then one accept any number other than one. So, you guess at how long to cook your potatoes. Not the end of the world, but not helpful. Grilling is so-so. You have to remove the glass tray anytime you want to use the convection cooking. We didn't have to do that with our Half-Time and it's inconvenient. This oven doesn't do nearly as good a job with cooking in half the time - food doesn't get done and/or is soggy. So again, this microwave is "ok" but certainly not all we'd hoped for or thought we were getting.

This microwave worked great for the two years that I've had it. Yesterday it quit working. It's not worth the aggravation of finding a place to fix it. I've had microwaves for 10 years or more with no problems. this one only lasted 2.

We bought the first one in Oct. last year. By the time we got to Christmas we were on the 3rd one and it quit while making cookies. We are still waiting for our money back from Frigadaire.

Door stopped working right away

After less than a month of using this microwave, the door open button has stopped functioning correctly. When I press it, the door remains shut. I have to hit the front of the microwave like Fonzie starting a jukebox to get the door to pop open. I don't recommend this model for anyone.

After a visit from the repairman to fix the door latch The microwave should never have left the factory without a test that the door will open so the microwave would work properly.

We have used a microwave convection oven for years. So much easier than heating up the oven. This is noisier than our last. The controls are not really easy but we love the stainless interior and it works great.

I've had this unit for 4 years. It's always been really noisy but I thought that was normal. It finally just gave out and now I'm here trying to order parts and they tell me this unit can only be replaced. No replacement parts for this unit. "What!?"All I need is a capacitor! Y'all couldn't make a few? I do have to say it looks really good in my kitchen though.

This little oven can do the same job as your big one, but it doesn't heat up the entire kitchen. Even has a second shelf.

Like the stainless steel. The inside of the oven cleans very nicely. That is why we had to get a new one. Our old one's interior flaked off. Like the convection feature but still learning how to use that.

This is the 2nd unit we've owned where the microwave feature stopped working. The most recent machine went out after only 3 weeks! They are doing a full refund because they know they cannot fix or replace it!

Have not had a chance to use a lot, but it has been a life saver for the times I have used. Have a leg injury and could not stand any length of time, so it was great for fixing quick frozen meals and baking rolls. Liked it so good I bought one for my son. We like the idea od being able to fix meals quickly when we are ready for our evening meal.

after my last "off brand" convection/micro died I researched everything...the Frigidaire unit combined compact exterior size, large usable interior space and minimal clearance for heat dissipation...the low price only added to its value...since purchasing, I have found it to have excellent cooking results and easy to operate...

This is our third Frigidaire microwave in five months. The first one was damaged when we opened the box. The second one quit heating after about four months. The third one is working great...so far. The customer service has been very good about replacements.

I have used both the microwave and convection and works great. However I had to replaced the turntable wheeler for one of the wheeler was not staying in placed. Great customer service and timing of the part mailed to my home.

I have had this convection microwave for a couple of months now and couldn't be more pleased. The unit is quiet, easy to operate, and cooks the food very nicely.The stainless steel cover shows hand prints and smudges but this is my first stainlees product so I can't be negative about this unit untill I 've had others. The quality is very ggod on this microwave and I would highly recommend it.
