Ice make quit working, Filter is replaced on a regular basis, checked all possibel troubleshooting issues. Ice maker jsut seems to be a poorly designed and produced item. Not very happy with my Frigidaire purchases, Oven has been worked on multiple times. Dishwasher worked on multiple times. Only product that has been trouble free is the microwave(although I will probaly find out thayt it has been dosing my family with radiation in about 5 years)

I bought me this here state of the art Refrigidaire to replace my old'n warn out self-latching ice-box unit. That old steel girl is happily repurposed in my grandkids playhouse, right next to the E-Z bake oven. One even wound up with a modeling gig, must be paid well cuz I aint seen her since they put her on the dairy carton here. Bless her little heart.. Anyway, how's come nobody told me that my iced box could be replaced with one that stays cold on its own? No more trips to the ice house, and this one even gives ya mini-blocks BACK! I once lapped water from a hoof print, now I'm living in luxury! Smooth Chillin' YEAH!

Worse junk with the worse customers services ever

Brought the frig from home depot having nothing but problem with it. Doesn't make enough ice. Make this noise like an air plane about to take off. Call tech come out doesnt check nothing . Call customer service trying to make an appointment this lady make me waited on the phone while she does nothing so u can get sick off it and they don't have to sent tech out. Stat away from this brand

Worst ever

This is the second one I have bought and don't know what I was thinking. The first one had issues after a couple years. I had to call tech because it was making a noise which ended up being water dripping from the ice maker which I didn't know for a while after that. I had to keep opening up the panels to defrost ice chunks on the fan. Then the ice maker went out and replaced that. The water line kept leaking water on the floor no matter what I did like replacing water lines to the fridge. Then it finally quit working and all my food spoiled. The tech said the cooling unit went out. So I had to buy a new one. Not thinking and ended up buying another one which I had an issue with water leaking from the ice maker inlet line causing ice buildup on the inside panels. The tech fixed it and seemed ok but less than a year later the same issues all over again. Now I hear the noise coming from it again and look into it and what do I see, ice all frozen around the inlet water to the ice maker and down the inside of the panels. My first fridge before buying a frigidaire lasted 32 years. What happened to standards. I would have thought you would be making these better not worse. I will never buy another one no matter what I have to spend and I will never suggest or endorse one to anybody.

Ice machine quit working

Most of these reviews we have also encountered. The ice machine has quit working and the ice machine when it did work clicked ALL the time! Very obnoxious sound! It™€™s not a sound a normal running fridge makes as it didn™€™t do it all of the time. Not enough room for our large family either.

The water and ice tab are flimsy and broke easily. I have purchased replacement parts several times for the ice machine mechanism, and now it is just too costly to fix. So, my option is just buy a new refrigerator, even though it works fine, or keep this one and get an ice tray and a Britta water jug for the fridge...which is what I'm doing.

Worst. Fridge ever

If want to throw your money away, please buy this fridge. I bought this fridge 2 years ago and it was the worst investment ever. I use to love the Frigidaire brand but it has only brought misery into my life. A year ago it stopped cooling and all of the ice melted and ruined our wood floors and the food in the unit spoiled. The tech just said it was out of Freon. OK. He filled it up and then the ice machine broke. REPLACE THAT! Here I am a year later and the ice machine dispenser is falling apart into the ice as it is ghetting crushed. TASTY! And on top of it all, it must be out of freon again because it stopped cooling and the food has spoiled again. I also bought a microwave in my first year of Frigidaire bliss. It doesn't work properly either. It shuts itself off during I s cycle. All in all, Frigidaire has truly disappointed this customer and I feel that anything from this brand will never work properly.

Ice Maker

I've had this refrigerator for 2 years and the ice maker has quit working (we do have hard water in Phoenix, but really?). I have resorted to buying bagged ice for it and putting it in the hopper only to now have the plastic ice hopper cracking at the base. I just do not think that it is particularly well-constructed.

Nice fridge, but the door has issues

This unit is a nice looking appliance, and it keeps my food reliably cold. However there are two things that drive me crazy. First, the handle has come loose and there is no way to tighten it as it has no set-screws. Second, the doorstop is not adjustable, so the door flys open and slams into the diagonal wall beside it.
