Fridge is awesome. It's got so much room. We put our old fridge in garage thinking we would use it, but this new fridge has so much room we have not needed that yet. I didn't want so large a freezer at first, but now I can't live without such a large freezer :). I love the water and ice maker options, and love that it uses a filter. Having bad tasting ice was a major issue in my last fridge, but this fridge solves that without me needing to put a filter unit on the whole darn house or trying to install one just for the ice line. Ug what a trouble that would be, but this new fridge solves all that so nicely. I've had it about a month now and it's working great, no issues. I love it. I got a good service plan on it so no worries if something happens. Price was very good too. All things considered, a great purchase.

After 4 tech visits on a 3 month fridge it had to be replaced. The new unit has been repaired once in a week after delivery. I need to call again for another repair. Issues i have had with this unit: water leak, freezer making ice on the roof and door not sealing properly. I had to wait over the 10 days to get it replaced after it was tagged as non repairable. I would never recommend this product to anyone am very disappointed.

I bought the unit 5 months ago & finally got all the issues addressed after 6 tech visits and a replacement was delivered. Horrible experience between both manufacturer & store. Each wanted to blame the other and no one wanted to just fix the issues. It will be very hard to shop with either in the future.

Delivered and installed last week. Nice interior arrangement. Bright light in refrigerator section BUT the freezer has no light. Very disappointing as our kitchen is olded and dark. That knocked off a star. Is there an accessory light?

I was so excited to receive my stainless steel refrigerator on September 26, 2019. I thought it was beautiful. Not so now ..... the doors and handles are rusting. A service call today from PC Richards determined as per Frigidaire "Rust is not covered." What could is purchasing a service contract? I do think it's preposterous! At least advise customers that the finish is subject to rust! To say the least, I am extremely disappointed, the advice from frigidaire is to make a solution of baking soda and other ingredients (one of which is an acid) which down the road will continue to take the finish off. A little understanding from Frigidaire would be appreciated and perhaps an offer to replace the doors with a black stainless which would not rust. I would NOT recommend this appliance to anyone!

I bought this refrigerator six years ago. SIX! It has been nothing but trouble for months. I have thrown away so much food! Neither the refrigerator nor freezer was cold enough. The authorized dealer has tried to fix it twice. Now the freezer is not defrosting and the fridge isn™™t cold. At all. I have never had a refrigerator go out in such a short time. I™™m furious. I would never recommend this brand.

Specs of this refrigerator on sites such as Home Depot and Lowes state the freezer has a light. We had this refrigerator delivered yesterday - it does not have one and there's nothing in the product guide to indicate it should. Was on hold for 30 minutes to speak with a Frigidaire rep to confirm. Tried Chat on the site - 10 minutes with no response. Just spoke to a rep who confirmed the info dealers were provided with is incorrect.

We had a Frigidaire with zero problems in 15years till it finally gave up the ghost. Bought essentially the same fridge as replacement. Only, not. It™™s terrible. So loud it scares the animals and adds a level of unacceptable noise pollution to our apartment. Turn up the TV I can™™t hear over the fridge!!! Freezer burn after a couple days. Fridge part works? Maybe hard to tell we haven™™t gotten sick yet. Anyways, gave Sears the benefit of the doubt and called in for repair days after delivery- hoping it was set up wrong or something. Sears forwarded me to Frigidaire who said they™™d send someone next week. Took the day off work and waited around and no repair person showed up. Frigidaire disavowed any knowledge of the call. Sears had my call logged, said the earliest someone could come was now end of the next week. A day later I decided it™™s Nuts to have to deal with this hassle with a brand new fridge and sick of waiting to go food shopping, so I™™m returning it altogether. Getting a different brand fridge from a different reseller. Huge pain and terrible experience.

Every time it comes on it makes a barking noise. The fit and finish is lacking, doors don't line up or close unless you push on them. Sharp stainless steel edge on door had insulation sticking out. Sides and top metal which is black is all wavy, looks like someone pushed and dented the metal but must be from the insulation expansion process. It does make things cold. Had it freeze our water pitcher one night and had to turn the temp setting to warmer.

Bought this to replace my garage fridge. didn't need anything fancy thought this would be perfect. It was until I found out that when you close the lower door It pops open the freezer door. I thought it wasn't leveled correctly because it didn't automatically close. Lost some food because I didn't know It happened. I called the dealer and was told they aren't made that way any longer. My solution is to tape the freezer door shut because My grandchildren won't know the problem when they get drinks. I believe this is a design flaw and should be corrected.

Ever time the refrigerator starts running there is a "pop, pop, pop-like" sound on the back right-hand side, which continues for about a minute. Then it runs smoothly for the remainder of the cycle, until it has to startup again. There must be a "defrost" sort of cycle automatically built in it, because when you open the freezer things seem a little less frozen; i.e. the ice cubes are a little melted and then later they freeze together, and everything is frozen solid again.

It's a pretty fridge... but I find that the drawers are not strong enough. I am afraid that they will not last because they are weak. Also I find I don't have enough space in each level. I can't put soda bottles on top. They only fit on the side door. I also find it frustrating to keep it clean since you can see finger marks easily and have to constantly wipe it down.
