Problem after 1 year

I have had this product serviced 3 times since 2018. I am currently waiting for service for the 4th time since July 2019. The refrigerator stops cooling! The freezer is cold, the refrigerator is warm.

We got this fridge from a company that helps with ur electric bill. They said my fridge was pulling too much watts an they wanted to give .e a more efficient fridge well everything HAS BROKE. The crispers all the side handles and i have to keep it set on COLDEST or my freezer dont freeze. This was the worst thing i ever did was let them take my fridge for their JUNK and I cant get anyone to help me.

We bought this refrigerator a year ago and the only thing I am not happy with is that it doesn™€™t come with a cover for the light bulb in the refrigerator. I don™€™t like that we can easily hit the bulb, I™€™m trying to find where I can locate and order that part ..

Just purchased this model last week. I never experienced a noisy refrigerator in 56 years. The freezer makes a loud humming noise with random rattling. My bedroom shares the same wall and it wakes me up at night. I just learned a friend purchased the same model 4 months ago and has the same issue. Please look elsewhere!

Purchased this at Home Depot 3 days ago. Had it delivered. Runs nice, fairly quiet. Nothing fancy. Just a nice fridge. EXCEPT: It has a design flaw that I have called both Home Depot and Frigidare on three time. The problem it only has the 4 wheels under the fridge. No leveling feet eventhough the manual says they are there. So when you pull open the door the entire unit moves. If you can live with that this wonderful feature this is for you. Hope Depot suggested placing some castors underneath. Tried that. You simply can't ask a consumer to lift a +220 lbs. fridge up to install it THEN have to move it out to clean the coils in the future. Design team shoud be fired.

I've had it a couple months it's far more efficient than my older one I love that the freezer is beeper but I'm not sure I like the bottom part being deeper as it's harder to get to some things then my 20 year old one but all in all I'm happy

Bought in 2017 and within 7 months the pantry side rail snapped off Should have been made with better material. No wonder there is only one year warranty on parts. Cost to replace this piece of garbage would have been over $28 if not still under warranty.

This fridge is so efficient! It was delivered last month and it surprising how accommodating the door storage is. The thermostat is set to low in the fridge because it runs so efficiently.

Small, but great fridge for the price!

We received this fridge in our new built home. We are a family of five so it is a little small for us, but we know it™€™s a great price and it works very well. Cools and freezes things at a great temp. Freezer is larger than thought as well. The shelves could stand to be a bit stronger, but as I said I believe we just need a bigger fridge for our family! Great product for the price!
