Our old fridge went out at the worst time (middle of COVID-19 pandemic). It was hard to find anything due to lack of supply, let alone one that was close to full size but would fit through the stairs/entryway of our old house. This took a while to get here because of the pandemic, but it came when promised and we are very happy with it one month in. Would definitely recommend!

I have always thought Frigidaire was a good brand of refrigerators. I bought a house 10 years ago which the owners left the Frigidaire in and i was excited. It was the first time my wife and I had owned one. It was a little old but still worked great until it came to the ice maker. The ice maker has a small plastic gear that attaches to the arm which extracts the ice from the marker. This plastic gear stripped out about once a year which stopped the ice production. I chalked it up to being a pour design and the fridge being an older model so we just dealt with this issue. Two years ago I got the opportunity to move back home to the land I grew up on so we sold our house and let the fridge go with it. My wife and I purchased a mobile home and it came with a brand new Frigidaire side by side refrigerator. My wife and I hoped we didn™™t experience the same issue with our brand new fridge as we did with the old one. Well things started out well but about 6 months in our nightmare came back !! The ice maker started popping like something was breaking every time it made a batch of ice. When we had company over they would even ask if something was wrong with your fridge. One day it just stop making ice. My wife said I bet it is that little gear like on the other one. I told her this one might not have that same gear. Well guess what i took the front cover off the ice maker and there staring right back at me was the same gear that caused us so many unhappy thought with our other fridge. I went to a local appliance store and they did not have the gear in stock but were able to order us one. Got the gear in and was excited because this gear was thicker and seemed to be better quality. Installed the gear and ice maker started producing ice again. End of store ?? I wish it were but no. Although it did last longer that all the previous gear here we are at the 2 year mark and gear is stripped again. I call the appliance store again with the intention of ordering 4 to 5 gears because they are cheaper than a new fridge but got the bad news. They can no longer order the gear. I considered just unplugging the ice maker and putting ice trays in the freezer but looked online and was able to find the gear. I ordered 3 of them so we will have some extras and am currently waiting for the gears to arrive. It is safe to say if this refrigerate ever goes out I will not even consider buying another Frigidaire brand appliance. They look nice but haven™™t had any luck with the quality.

I bought this in march of 2020, We have now had 3 different problems with the fridge side getting too hot. First time, it sort of fixed itself. My husband unplugged and plugged it back in. worked again but the ice maker stopped putting out ice. second time they were finally able to get someone out, and they said there was a leak in the ice maker that was causing the water to build up at the bottom of the freezer and they replaced the ice maker, But still doesn't push out ice. now 3rd time, fridge is still getting hot (which happened the other two times also), and I cannot get through to customer service because they are "busy" and its been like this since saturday. I am beyond frustrated and just want my money back to go buy something else that's going to work!!

Plenty of room in both fridge and freezer. I keep mine set at 4 and it™™s perfect. Blue LED backlight on water dispenser is a great feature. I only gave 4 stars because something on my fridge makes an eerie sound throughout the day and night and it™™s annoying.

Had to get a 33" wide frig due to bad kitchen design, which would have made opening the doors on a standard 36" wide frig impossible-- this was the only one available for our new construction home in black. Freezer seems the same as a 36" wide side by side frig -- but the fresh food side is definitely smaller. Trying to get used to it.

I received my new side by side Frigidaire on Friday the 13th. Let me tell you that had no bearing whatsoever on my new fridge! My frigidaire keeps my food so cold and fresh it's like I have the tundra right here in my kitchen! The side by side is so nice too. I actually turned 50 today and therefore old and can no longer bend down to get in the freezer like I had to with my last one. Welp, no worries now. That ice cream is at eye level. The placement of the shelves or adjustable so it's convenient. Another feature I love is that it easily moves so you can clean behind it. Thank you Frigidaire!!???

I got this refrigerator just as my old refrigerator bit the dust. I really like my water dispenser and ice maker especially since the one on my old refrigerator quit working. I was putting groceries in this new one and I was taking too long with the door open and when the temperature dropped an alarm sounded to let me know. I like that feature.

I love how it maintains an even temperature in the freezer and frig part. I have two thermometers in the frig. One in the door and one on the middle shelf. They both read 35 degrees on the setting of 5 so I know the door items are kept at cold too. The freezer setting at 6 is at zero. I love the crushed ice feature. Only thing is, I wish it had adjustable bottom door shelves and three gallon door bins. It is noisy though,weird noises. But when I looked it up online, they said they are normal. I guess I notice it more because I have an open floor plan. I dont think I would even notice it if the kitchen was enclosed. Lots of room and love the adjustable glass shelves. So far so good. I will leave a review again once I have it longer.

Its an okay frig, just not big enough to be our main refrigerator. The black color is nice but does leave finger prints. Freezer is super small and compact. It does light up nicely on the inside though. If you need a smaller refrigerator with freezer then this one probably be okay for you.

I bought this fridge a few weeks ago. It was only because it fit the space I had for it. It came with a big scratch on one of the shelves. I was sent another, which was great. I think it needs another shelf in the fridge. The fan is loud, I called and they sent someone out that said that there was nothing they could do with it. My last fridge was 13 years old and was not as noisy. I think this fridge is just ok
