not so cool

Not so happy again 11/3/2017

I loved the looks n innovative features. However, since new, it makes too much snow in the freezer area. The store technician has come several times n finds no fault with the fridge, but it keeps doing it . All my food gets a heavy later if ice and it shouldn't happen. Also, I was looking for sturdier, rolling bottom drawers and the area around the handles is getting rusty.

I bought this a month ago, figuring my 33 year old fridge would give out any day. Chose the Frigidaire Gallery as we also have the same brand stove which we really like. Takes awhile to get used to using the different style of modular shelves on the door versus our old unit, but that's not a problem.We like the look & style and are happy with our purchase.

Nice design for small space

I was limited in what could fit in my kitchen, but this Frigidaire just fit my space. The LED lights are nice and bright, and the shelving is pretty adjustable. Only gripes are that there is no half-width shelf, and the space-saver drawer at the top is awkward. Oh, and you can't get this model without an automatic ice-maker, which is a waste of freezer space if you don't have a water line to hook up to. Big plus is that even though it has a stainless steel finish, magnets will stick to it!

I like the refrigerator very much it appears small from the outside but there is plenty of room inside. The exterior shown no fingerprints or marks. My only concern is that it makes a lot of noise. Besides the expected noise of the motor running there are cracking and other "strange" noises. I called the customer service number and they said that was normal

The Frigidaire is nice looking but small, the ice container if you like that takes up way to much space and does not leave a lot of room for anything else. Besides that It seems to work ok and If you are looking for room this is not the one you need.

Roomy Top Freezer Refrigerator

I bought this before Thanksgiving, and it was delivered and installed just after Thanksgiving. I was able to use the compartments. I had to call for help in setting up the drawer that is in the fridge just under the freezer compartment; the instructions weren't obvious. At first I thought the doors were frosting, but it was just settling in. Frigidaire was very helpful and made an appointment for service, but I didn't need that after all. I am enjoying the new refrigerator which fit in the spot from my old one. I did have the cabinets above cut down to fit the height.

Freezer does not get cold enough

I purchased this refrigerator one week ago and I have been struggling with the freezer. It will not go down to zero. Ice cream is really soft and freezer stays around 10 degrees. The temperature is on the coldest setting in the freezer and I even turned the temperature to very cold in the refrigerator part, almost to the point of freezing the food (around 33 to 34 degrees). I have read other reviews for other models and others have seen the same situation. I would have purchased a different brand if I knew this beforehand. $1000 is not exactly cheap.
