not freezing anymore after 2 years

Bought the Kenmore version at sear 2 years and an half ago, built by Frigidaire like the other guys said in an other review, was doing a "popcorn" sound but now no more popcorn, almost no more cold air... trying to get warranty call but since sears is gone... good luck to me...a fridge should be good for a least 10 years.

Overall it has been a good purchase. We liked the movable side door parts and the variety of different drawer sizes. The refrigerator is sleek, runs efficiently, is very quiet and easy to clean. Our two main complaints at this time - the slide out drawer within the refrigerator is very functional in the end; nice idea but wrong size. Also we do not like the flip out side door of the freezer. Doesn't close well and often boxes hang up the door so it won't close right.

I recently bought this refrigerator, and within 2 weeks it was replaced by another new one which had the same problem. The glass shelves have several ridiculously unsightly "decorative" circles which do not show up until the refrigerator has been plugged in overnight. No cans, bottles, or any objects had been placed on the shelves before the rings appeared.The rings overshadow each other & cannot be removed with cleaning. These rings are unacceptable. This refrigerator makes a popcorn popping noise every 35-40 minutes, and the noise is loud enough to reach all the way into the bedroom. I had someone from the warranty team come out and look at it, and they couldn't do anything. I would like a replacement, but maybe all their products are just as bad.

Called service and they told me to call Millersburg electric a service man came out said it had to go to the shop so 3 days later they picked it up. they had it for 3days then pinched the cord had it for another 3 days to fix the cord glad I had a frig fixed to use . Replaced our 24 year old kenmore. The things I noticed is the kenmore hooks were metal, frigidaire is plastic. Makes it appear cheaply made. It's smaller than I thought too. It came from the factory missing a screw there for the door didn't close properly and I'm still waiting on that screw to come in.

The large drawer at the top of therefrigerator compartment is ideal for yogurts and cheeses and other small items. The half sheeves helps with the storage of items of differing heights. Doesn't quite meet the recommended temperature of -18C for the freezer no matter what the settings are. Gets within 2 degrees if set full cold, should be possible to get below -18C. Gets within 1C to the recommended 4C in the refrigerator section.

We had to replace our 20 year old refrigerator and we weren™€™t sure what to expect when we went out looking. This model has everything we needed. Very spacious. I love the storage drawer in the refrigerator. It comes in handy for the smaller items like cheese, etc. The slide out shelf in the freezer is a big help when looking for items. The ice maker is a feature we really wanted and trying to find a fridge that had one built in that didn™€™t cost a fortune wasn™€™t an easy task.

I bought this fridge back in July and so far I have no issues with it. The feature that I love most is the adjustable shelves. If I have a big product, I can readjust the shelf height unlike other traditional ones. Love the soda can holder as well. The lights inside are bright so that you may see all the way in the back. The freezer has a light also which is a great feature and it has ample space. I have no issues with the temperature. It is smudge proof except for the door handles. The 2 vegetable crisper drawer is a little tight though, but other than that, it is a good product.

I bought this refrigerator a few months ago. I love the customizable door and the adjustable shelves. The shelves also have a lip so if something spills it won't leak on all of the other shelves. It has a snack drawer at the top which is greater for small snacks like pudding or cheese sticks. I know some of the reviews talked about the temperature being a problem. We have not had a problem with the temperature at all.

A technician came out to our house, determined that he needed to order a part and could not repair it that day. That was a month ago. This was delivered on A Friday. By Monday refrigerator was still aboive 40 deg. Service on Monday - still above 40 deg. This has great featurs, split shelved, flex door but its useless since this refrigerator won't cool below 40 deg at COLDEST setting. Lost lots of dollaars throwinf away bad food. If Nextfix doesn' t work will send it back. Can't belive Fridgidaire made such a lousy product. Have had Fridgidaires all my life, parntes life - gnerations going back 80 years! Never again!

We had some trouble earlier, but we worked with Frigidaire and Home Depot to get our control board replaced because the fridge was initially not cooling properly. Now it is working fine. It does make some noise, but so did our old unit, so we're used to that.

We bought the gallery appliances for there great looks but the refrigerator was showing signs of trouble from the first few months. We figured it was the temperature adjustment played with that, it seemed to be better than the ice maker quit started acting up until the last month it won't make ice and the freezer won't freeze anything it's just cold like the refrigerator. We had an appliance repair come out and of course it's going to be better to buy a new one than to replace the sealed unit ...Great it's only 15 months old and just past the 1 yr warranty
