Awful. The worst. Don™€™t buy

We have had this fridge right at two years and nothing but problems w the ice maker and shelves breaking. And now it it making this insanely loud noise. Thank god we have a garage fridge because that is the only way we didn™€™t not lose all of our food. Now I™€™m just hoping the condensation from having to unplug the fridge to get the noise to stop doesn™€™t damage my wood floors.

We are pleased with our new refrigerator. There are three spacious drawers and the door shelves are deep and roomy. The only problem we have encountered has been with the ice maker dispenser. Several times the ice has clogged the dispenser and we have had to remove the cubes from the inside.

ive had this fridge for about 8 months and 3 months ago one of the shelves from the cool side door fell off after cracking and another cracked last month. its 5too much money to replace them so I taped them. it does keep cold and frozen on the freezer side very well. the ice is the right size. the filter is easy to install and replace.

The only thing I do not like at all is having to pull out ice cream shelf each time I want to turn off ice maker!! Awkward!!!!

Loads of Interior Fridge Space!

We love this fridge!! We specifically chose it because it had great interior fridge space and we have not been disappointed. It's been super easy to organize and we can see all of our produce, cheese, meats, and milk. We love that it has 3 drawers (most other models only had 2) so we can store tons of CSA produce in the larger bottom two drawers and use the smaller 3rd drawer for meats and cheeses. The interior lights fade on gently when you open the door and the through-the-door ice maker is a bonus. I've even gotten compliments on the smooth white exterior front of the doors because most white fridges have bumpy exteriors. Love it!!

Very disappointed.

I bought this new refrigerator about 10 days before Christmas as my old one stopped working. Turns out, the ice maker doesn't work (on a brand new refrigerator!) so i had no icemaker during the Christmas holidays. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Love my new fridge!

My mother purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator about 30 years ago and unbelievably it still works fine. Well her house will be up for sale soon so I thought I should upgrade the kitchen, sadly this meant the old fridge had to go but it was replaced with a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator. When my parents got married in 1950, they only bought Frigidaire, knowing that they got a quality product and it would last for many years. So like mom and dad, I too am a tried and true Frigidaire customer for life!

I bought the refrigerator several months ago. Had a small problem of ice building up on the ice maker. It was taken care of and the build up stopped. I find the ice cubes come out too quickly and it drops ice on my floor, crushed ice is OK.

I bought my side-by-side Frigidaire 9/1/17 and I just love it. It automatically set the temperature for the frige and freezer side overnight. I especially like the crushed ice. It is quite and doesn't inconsistently pop like the Samsung I had before.

Need improvement for the cost

This is the loudest running refrigerator I have ever owned. I noticed it immediately and was told by the person who delivered it, that the noise was normal. A second problem is that the ice dispenser frequently gets jammed. The ice does not separate when dropping from the ice maker and frequently gets stuck when dispensing. The door has to be opened to be cleared. I also think the words "water" "cube" and "crush" should be illuminated to avoid turning on the light at night to see where to push.

Decent Refrigerator For The Price

I bought this refrigerator a month ago. I do like it except the ice dispenser has a few minor issues. Sometimes the ice gets stuck and won't come out and you have to break it apart manually which is kind of a pain but not the end of the world. There is plenty of shelving space in the fridge section, the freezer is a bit small, but works if you don't have an excessive amount of frozen foods. The surface of the fridge does scratch very easily so be extra cautious. As a whole I like the fridge for the price.

The badge on the door "Frigidaire Gallery" was noticeably crooked (how in the world did it make it past final inspection?). The switch on the door controlling the light wouldn't work right even as the appliance deliveryman was installing the fridge (He was able to fix it) One of the light bulbs in the fridge burnt out within the first two days of installing the fridge. I sure hope any other problems pop up before the warranty expires!!!

The extra 3 cu ft helps (our last unit was 22 cu ft), especially in the freezer. Only a few problems so far. Getting used to the change in shelf arrangement. We used to fit 2 butter dishes in the butter compartment, this one is shorter so one sits on a slant over the other. The temperature showing on the door is a nice feature, but we found a soda bottle froze when it was set to 37 so we have raised it up. Ice maker is much slower than our old machine and the cubes are smaller. We have not yet been able to put crushed ice in a glass without some jumping out onto the floor. Our water supply is good so it seems unreasonable to spend $45 every 6 months to replace the water filter. Looking at work arounds. We do like the machine. It is quiet and doors work nicely.

We'e had the fridge about two months and like it very much. One problem was our water in plastic bottles began to freeze on the top shelf rear..we changed the temp of the fridg section to 40...why did this happen after a few months? Also, the instructions ans drawings are difficult to understand..for example, you indrntify and describe the lock but fail to explain how to unlock and lock.

I bought about 6 weeks ago. My previous refrigerator was about 10 years old. It works great. Just needed an extra refrigerator. I prefer to keep temperature ~ 36-37 degrees. The new refrigerator keeping food around 40. I have a degree in food safety. Take food temps . Not referring to refrigerator thermometer.

Ice Maker is Bonkers!

This Frigidaire is stainless steel and looks great in the kitchen from the front. However, the sides are a gray plastic type material and does not look so nice. I wish it was all stainless steel. It works fine but my only complaint is the ice maker is bonkers. It either shoots the ice cubes out, often mixed with crushed ice, or nothing comes out at all. I use ice alot so this is a constant irritation.

I bought this fridge about two months ago and really love it. There's 7 members of my family and need lots of space to fit our needs, the look of the fridge is really elegant easy to wipe stains it's very quiet when making the ice and just overall it's the quietest fridge I've owned. The digital temp it's nice to know if the fridge is working keeping temps in the correct setting and love that it tells me if I need to change it. I didn't give it 5 stars just because in the inside there was spots where when they made the parts they must of let the part to burn, I worked in a plastic molding factory where I made parts for fridge and quality would not approved of that so that's my only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star.

We purchased this fridge to replace our old one that died. It is roomy and has all you need in a fridge. Only issue is the top drawer is not as smooth to open as the other two but seems to be improving. Called the sales person and he said this was not uncommon.
