I cannot get the power on from the display panel. There was a short power outage and my refrigerator would not stop beeping. When I tried to fix this by panel, the power registers off and according to the book the cooling system is off. I cannot get it to turn back on. I will lose everything in my refrigerator. I do not understand why this will not turn the power on when I followed the directions. It appears that the booklet I received with the refrigerator contradicts itself and now I have a refrigerator that will not cool. I called the help line but because it Labor Day no one answered. I tried the website but it only talks about products and is no help when problems like this arise.I am extremely disappointed and will probably loose all my food and have to pay for a service call when a simple conversation might have cleared this up or a troubleshooting guide that does not contradict itself about what to do or not do. I am very frustrated!!!!!

We chose to buy a Frigidaire refrigerator because they are a well known trusted brand. Unfortunately, the fridge ™gallery™ including a matching stove.. quit working on us only 8 months after purchasing. We were patient and understood things need to change hands in order to get the problem solved. But after 2 technicians coming out several hours of frustrating conversations and hold time .. loss of groceries and irritable from eating pizza for 2 weeks and lukewarm water.. we're done. We need a replacement. In fact, I do not want this fridge in particular again or series .. but that was our decision. We will honor that agreement. But we in return expect what we were promised at the time of purchase. More than happy to retract this review if helped quickly and seamlessly. Thank you. Please let us know.

Started to give 3 stars but it's been reliable. Only problem I have had ice gets jambed in Despenser. And filters are a bit high I think. Shouldn't be over 9.99 each 6pk no more then 49.99 But beside for that very nice unit!

First one had major frost issues (only 2 months after buying) in the freezer due to the seal not sitting flush.So after waiting for 2.5 months, I finally got a replacement. However, it delivered bent behind the bottom cover and the cover does not sit properly. Called cs and they said the policy is to have a technician fill out a form in order to get another replacement. This should not be the policy. The cs should be able to request a new one when I can see that there is a obvious issue. Frigidaire please work on your QC process. This fridge should never have been sent especially as a replacement. I gave it two stars because the fridge side has never given me issues and it a decent fridge.

This Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working after five months, had two service calls and both technicians are unable to tell me what the issue is. The temperature on both freezer and the refrigerator warms up to 65 degrees causing all my food to spoil and ice to melt which caused a bigger mess as it leaked all over my floors. It cools down for a few hours then the temps slowly climbs higher again. I have lost so much food as I had to throwit all away.

Easy to buy, good delivery. No apparent issues though the water dispenser isn™™t dispensing cold water - only ambient temperature water. Isn™™t the point that it is cold? The ice machine works fine.

We bought this less than 2 years ago and are already replacing parts. And everyone knows refrigerator replacement parts cost an arm and a leg. The shelf frame above the crisper drawer snapped in two after normal use. The frames of these drawers are not the greatest quality, and this is definitely something we™™ll be considering with the next fridge we buy. I™™m at least glad Frigidaire offered a discount on the replacement, and it wasn™™t a total pain to order. I don™™t recommend this fridge and the flimsy shelf frames. The water filters also run out very, very quickly and are expensive to replace as well.

Love the features and the look, but worried about the quality. Foam insulation left showing on one door hinge, metal at top isn't flush with top of door, icemaker motor died two weeks in, and my veggies keep freezing in the produce drawers. I will say, the service to replace the icemaker was quick and courteous and Frigidaire is sending a replacement door. Hopeful there's smooth sailing from here...but I bought an extended warranty just in case.

We previously had a LG refrigerator which malfunctioned twice in 5 short years. After the second time, the repairman suggested purchasing anything other than an LG or Samsung (the most popular at the box stores). We stuck with a reliable name and are so far very happy with the results. It's only been about a month but we like the side-by-side features. Easy to see food in the fridge and the freezer. The shelves on the doors are deep enough to hold milk and juice bottles. The fridge makes tons of ice and the simple design to switch from water to cubed ice to crushed ice on the door is nice. All in all, a good fridge.

These look beautiful in our new kitchen. Are easy to operate. The fridge makes a lot of strange noises, but Frigidaire does a nice job explaining they are normal and what each noise is for (ice, recirculation, etc.). Love em.

This appliance is the best! It always dispenses cold, fresh water, it makes just the right amount of ice, and my Great Dane even learned how to get ice!!! Gotta love the ease of use!!!! And the ability to LOCK the dispenser controls!!!

I am surprised by the small size of this refrigerator and the storage capacity. I set the refrigerator temp to the recommended setting of 37 degrees and many items were freezing in the produce/ vegetable drawers as well as the top shelf. My LG refrigerator never had this problem and was set at the same temperature.

My wiffe and I needed ato replace an old GE and this Friggidaire fit the features we were looking for. I needed to fit in a small space so the cabinet size was perfect. The water and ice in the door are convenient and work fantastic.

It is a very good looking refrigerator. but beyond the good looks, we are unhappy with this model. First we had a problem with temperature setting. The main section was either too warm or everything froze. We finally, after much trial & error, found a compromise setting. Your ice dispenser seems designed to dispense one ice cube or 500 cubes at a time, nothing in between. Plus your aim is off. It is not unusual for cubes to shoot out at a wild angle and land on the floor. Lastly, I'm disappointed that the water from the water dispenser is basically ambient temperature. It would have bee nice to pre chill the water. As I said- looks good, but we will do more research before we purchase another refrigerator.

We bought this model about a month ago. We had a French door with bottom freezer model previously and I was a bit worried if this new one would be large enough. We have found there is plenty of space. I love the side by side model for the freezer because now I can see everything! We enjoy the water/ice dispenser, however, the ice dispenser is a tad aggressive and often a few pieces end up on the floor. I wish it would fit a tall water bottle, but we are making it work. It looks great and fits perfectly in our small kitchen. Overall we are pretty happy with our purchase!

This purchase was to replace a 30 year old KitchenAid refrigerator that I loved but it was time to update our kitchen. We decided on the Frigidaire Gallery collection. The refrigerator is 3" deeper and 3" higher than my old side by side and the extra interior storage is incredible. The icemaker is a lot smaller which increases freezer capacity without sacrificing ice production. Temperature controls are easy to set and freezer/refrigerator temperatures are very accurate. Really like it so far - let's see what the next 30 years bring!

I bought this item in September 2020. Just received it February 2021. It was new but had scratches on the stainless and a couple of small dents. Also on the inside of the refrigerator the water filter and air filter compartments were not flush against the sides. The people who set it up did a poor job of leveling it and had to be called back out. And it still isn™™t completely level but they said it was ™best they could do™. This refrigerator replaced a 23 year old refrigerator which was able to be completely level in the same spot. We only replaced old one because we wanted to match stainless steel appliances already present in house we bought. If I knew it would not take 6 months to get a new one I would have sent it back.

We had to go to a smaller refrigerator because of the size of the space allotted for the fridge. I thought we would miss the space we once had, but now we don™™t even notice it. We love our stainless steel no smudge fridge. The only thing we have to wipe down at times is the fridge handle, other than that it™™s great!

The ice dispenser on this model is terribly designed. It jams at least half of the time we use it. When it jams, it will just keep pushing ice forward until you open the freezer door to stop it. Then, when you try and clear it out, you end up with ice all over the kitchen floor. What's worse, is if you don't realize it is jammed and switch to water mode and start dispensing water, it will lock into on mode and keep dispensing water until you open the freezer door. Then, you end up with water all over the kitchen floor. I think the whole problem could be solved if the cubes were designed smaller.

I bought this less than 2 months ago and have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS since. One of the door shelves cracked right in half within the first week. There was only three bottles on it at the time. ANYTIME YOU GET ICE IT GETS CLOGGED AND I MEAN EVERYTIME . You then have to fish your hand up a tiny hole to try and yank the ice that's stuck while more is piling up. Once you open the freezer door there will be a pile of ice that goes ALL OVER your kitchen and surrounding rooms. I have tried to call numerous times and the lines gets disconnected after I am told that "there are too many callers try back later". I never should have settles for this brand DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Please see the pictures for reference

regret this purchase. we liked the price and the stainless being less "smudgy". after only a few years, the ice maker auger stopped working to put ice out and it's a $200 part! Not worth it since we got the fridge for much less that what is on this site. AND since the ice was always getting stuck and blocked coming out, suddenly spilling lots of ice. Overall this was a BAD purchase due to the ice maker. Also, many shelves came with weak joint supports, and plastic so we have to only have light items on certain shelves, one we even had to replace.
