The warming drawer is so versatile that it is indispensable in our house. Having only a single oven, the warming drawer allows us to keep completed courses warm while we continue to work on the remaining courses or full meals warm while awaiting to eat. The ability to keep a meal moist or dry while maintaining it at proper temperature is indispensable. In addition, I use the warming drawer is a perfect way to proof bread.
