HBE5451UC/02 Operation

We have been very satisfied with this unit, It works beautifully. However, this evening we were using convection-bake at 425 degrees, when about 30 minutes in the front glass inside the unit exploded. It scared the heck out of us. Food was spoiled. Call Bosch and representative quickly provided a repair service and a reference number. We call at 6:30 PM 3/11/2021 and are awaiting the Bosch representative. We have four Bosch units installed. I pray that this incident does not detract from the good service to date.

Our new Bosch oven replaced our existing oven which we had for 27 years---so tough shoes to fill! We love our new Bosch. It is quiet, easy to use, spacious and attractive in our kithen
