My first installation was horrible!! Had to get another guy to come out and do it right. But...This thing is so quiet i have to look at light to make sure it's running. Dishes are so clean and i love my third rack! Wish i had a users manual tho. Didn't get one

I bought a Bosch because of the reputation and because I wanted a really quiet dishwasher. Not even 3 years old and it has gone belly-up. Of course it isn't covered under warranty and is going to cost over $400 to fix it! Not what I would expect after paying $800+ for a dishwasher. Last Bosch I will ever buy!

Our new Bosch dishwasher works like a charm - far superior to the old dishwasher it replaced. Dishes are clean and dry. The extra third level for silverware is genius. It now allows us to place more dishes on the lowest rack. We also love the flexibility of raising and lowering the middle rack, even with one side lower than the other to accommodate taller glasses. Which brings us to the one criticism - not enough room for our stemware and the existing stemware racks are somewhat frustrating to put in place. Otherwise - love this machine!Ron

We have an open floor plan with the kitchen and living area close together, so having a quiet dishwsher is a big plus. This dishwasher is very quiet and easy to load. It does a good job of cleaning and drying dishes. The upper tray is very handy for long, flat items, although we prefer to use the bottom baskets for eating utensils. All in all we're very happy with our Bosch

We had always wanted a Bosch dish washer due to their quietness and their build quality. We decided to upsell to the 800 series last minute and I'm really glad for it. It has performed flawlessly and we have never had anything come out other than perfect after a wash. Using tablets and rinse aid and almost always the 2h9m Auto program. We love the 3rd top utensils rack which not only allows us to use the whole bottom rack for bigger items, but when loaded in an orderly manner, makes cleaning out the washer take only a few seconds! The only two things I wish were better are: - The foldable plastic "combs" in the top rack that allows you to switch to thicker utensils often comes loose - the fixing isn't well engineered. If you don't need them they are easy to take out and you don't have any trouble. But if you do use them, every so often they will "unhook" and get caught on the second rack. Not a big deal to fix but irritating every time it happens. Secondly, due to its extreme quietness, the red light dot on the floor is great to know if the washer is going or not, but I wish there had been a way to know how long is left - since all the controls are (beautifully) hidden on the top of the door, you can't see the display without opening the washer. However, these things are not taking away the fact that we love the washer and will definitely replace it with the same model when it reaches its end of life.

3 years ago we purchased our first Bosch dishwasher, and loved it. In October we moved and the dishwasher in our new home was not only smaller, but really noisy. We were very lucky to be able to get this Bosch dishwasher. We no longer have to have the TV volume at 80 if the dishwasher is running. We love our Bosch.

They aren't kidding. If it didn't have a light in the bottom that reflects off the floor while it's running (genius), half the time I wouldn't know it was. Dishes go in dirty, not rinsed. Come out sparkling clean. I don't know what magic Bosch has figured out but they have. I've never talked about an appliance so much.

I had the dishwasher for about 2 years and a half but it starts leaking from the bottom. The Sump seal is worn out and it is not a separate part so I had to replace the whole Sump to fix the problem.

My wife and I inherited this dishwasher upon purchasing a house, and it has performed admirably for us so far. We previously had a "quiet" performance unit at the condo we left, but it was a roaring monster compared to this little beauty. Capacity is impressive, organization is great, and the top drawer for things like cooking utensils is fantastic (though it does sacrifice a little vertical capacity on the top rack compared to other dishwashers). From what we can tell with available documentation, one rack was falling off the tracks a bit and had to be replaced by the previous owners (the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5), but we've had no complaints with the dishwasher ourselves, just great cleaning action and never disturbs us while it's running.

This our 4th dishwasher in our home. The Bosch is easy to load and clear, We have only had to run 2 loads to clean every dish used once, that consisted pof 2 large kettles and 2 large mixing bowls. It cleansweel and is extremely quiet. Good thing there's a running indicator.

I have had a number of dishwashers in the past probably more than eight over the years. This dishwasher is the only one that has consistently cleaned dishes and I have not had to rewash any due to spots or crap baked in to the plates. I'm so satisfied that will stick to this brand from now on.

Oh my gosh... I did lots of research,talked to friends, made up my mind...I wanted a Bosch. I waited for a Labor Day dale and when I tried to order was tod by several retailers that "no Bosch could be delivered before Christmas". My old dishwasher had died and I would have to wash dishes by hand! I decided to go with my second choice(kitchensid). I had it for a week..I still wanted my Bosch. I talked with a customer service rep at Best Buy. She couldn't understand why I was told that my Bosch was unavailable. Long story short Best Buy delivered my new Bosch in less than a week. It is everything I had hoped for...easy to load,dishes are sparkling clean and dry. No more washing casserole dishes by hand. It is great!

I really like this dishwasher & I'm glad we made the purchase - it's super quiet, the dishes come out clean & dry, even sparkling and I never had a top rack which I like. My one complaint is the middle rack with the prongs & the bump in the middle so it's hard to fit everything in so things will stay in place & not knock each other and if the pieces go upsidedown - be full of murky water. All in all - I would buy this d/w again & would highly recommend it!
