The model I wanted was back ordered so I got this one. I prefer to have a heater in my dishwasher as the tub is always a bit wet even with jet dry and extra heat button used. I use a towel rolled up to keep door open to air out the appliance to try and dry it out so it doesn't smell. Not exactly a great way to have to do things.....

I am very happy with the dishwasher. It cleans my dishes better than any other dishwasher I have had. It is quiet. The dishes stack very efficiently into the dishwasher. I will never buy another brand

Middle tray usage and time

THe middle tray does not support enough room for the larger glasses such as pint size glasses. Only enough room for one aisle. Also the length of time it requires for a load cycle is too long.

Fantastic dishwasher

We had to wait 3 months for this dishwasher due to Covid, but it was well worth the wait. It is extremely quiet and we love the red indicator light on the floor. The third shelf for silverware is wonderful. Everything is easy to load and comes out clean. We have not experienced any drying issues as we did with our old dishwasher. It was a little more expensive than the usual brands, but we are very pleased with the product and the warranty.

Quiet, with non-intuitive controls

This Bosch dishwasher cleans well, and well-designed for loading. The additional top cutlery rack is a plus. It's the quietest unit I've ever experienced, and at first I didn't even know it was on -- this is where the floor light indicater comes in handy. The hidden controls and display are not intuitive at all, with display codes and beeping that are difficult to decipher - even after reading the manual! Installation of the unit is complex, and the front panel is also not an easy installation.
