Another in a long line of superb laundry machines

I easily kept the 15 year old Bosch washer 300 series going until it stopped spinning despite replacing the brushes in the motor and checking the drive belt and I didn't want to replace the expensive control panel, so I sprung for a new Bosch washer, this one a discontinued discounted model in the 800 series. This seems even more robust than the old one and am loking forward to many years of satisfaction using it, such that I have taken over the laundry with pleasure.

Safety Water Shutoff

Water leaks in apartment buildings are major problems. I appreciate the water sensor in the bottom of this machine which shuts off the water at the taps if there is a leak. It works well and efficiently.
