I purchased this product a little over a month ago to replace a three year old competitors unit that had been giving me nothing but trouble. Right out of the box, it proved to be superior to the unit I replaced. It was easy to unpackage, install, and operate. The instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. I know it's only been a little over a month, but so far, I'm very pleased with the product. So much so that I'm considering the matching dryer as well.Keep up the good work !!!

Poor Warranty Service

I am very unhappy that this machine was delivered damaged, has never been in working order, and am unsatisfied with the quality and timing of the warranty service so far. Long wait times to get on the schedule, customer service is impossible to contact, defective product, and still not fixed after a few months. The warranty company also has not given us any email or phone communication - we have to call in for updates. I wish I could recommend this product, but it is probably not one that we would order again.

Very loud - would not recommend

I would not recommend purchasing this washing machine. It is loud and small. During the spin cycle, it sounds like an engine revving and the machine shakes. The video is posted online. It was so loud, I called the Electrolux repair people to come out after a couple of weeks to check the machine. He was here 15 minutes and said it worked fine ™€“ even though the loud noises come at the middle and end, so not sure how he could say it worked fine. I waited before posting my review to see if the sounds would improve ™€“ like was the machine just breaking in like a new pair of shoes. Nope. The actual sound during the wash cycle is quiet.The size thing, I™€™ll have to take my lumps for that one. I did not do my research fully on how much clothing a 2.4 cu. ft. washer can hold. I cannot wash an entire queen sheet set in one wash. I have to wash the fitted sheet first, separately, and then wash the flat sheet and two pillow cases together. If I put them all into one load, it just balls up into a knot and doesn™€™t get clean. And towels, just regular size bath towels, I can wash 3 maybe 4 at a time or else they don™€™t get really clean.Just some other items to consider. Turning off the beep when the washer is finished is finicky. All of the buttons are finicky. They are either very sensitive or don™€™t respond to your touch at all. Sometimes I will click the temperature button once and it just rapidly cycles through all the settings ™€“ just from one touch. And then to turn off the beeping at the end of the wash cycle, you click the two buttons (fresh rinse and eco-friendly) at the same time ™€“ it rarely works. Also, when you use liquid detergent, you are to put a flap down. And if you are using a powdered detergent, you put the flap up. I use liquid and it runs through to the other side before I even get the machine started so any prewash I used is now filled with regular detergent for the main wash.

Repeated "Check Tap" Message

Love the variety of settings and the steam functions. However, I am within 5 months of using it repeatedly getting a "Check Tap" message with the washer failing to complete the final spin. Within the first year of use there should not be any problems with the functioning of an appliance.

Totally unsatisfied after purchasing a washer that the clothes come out wrinkled, no matter the setting, setting combinations or size load. And a dryer that won™€™t dry clothes all the way, no matter the setting or setting combinations. What makes this purchase even more frustrating is the lack of product pride in both companies representing these products.  And don™€™t call them for advice as the person answering seems to only be armed with the same book answers supplied with the machines.

This washer replaced my wonderful 18 year old Kenmore. It lasted all of two loads before it got stuck in a Drain cycle loop, with the added bonus of a locked door. Laundry sat there for one week before repairman said a board fried. After TWO LOADS. Am replacing with another brand. TWO LOADS! Who makes a product this bad? Apparently, Electrolux. Buyer beware.

We were skeptical about purchasing this pricey compact washer. Clothes come out clean and fresh. The deep clean sanitize completely eliminated the foul mildew smell from one of my shirts that other machines couldn't. Clothes come out less wet, so my dryer runs less. This works for our family of four. This will wash our entire basket of clothes. Surprising at how well this machine works to be so quiet.

We don't own it for too log but so far it does what we need it for. It's quiet and the laundry comes out very rinsed. We haven't tried all the modes so I can't comment on all of them, but the basic stuff is great. Right now, I would definitely recommend it. Hopefully it keeps working for many years.

This is the 2nd unit we have of this washer. We love the operation ease and the small footprint for use in a small space. The only downside is this unit arrived with interior damage in the control module that could only have happened in the assembly process. We are still waiting for the correct part to come to repair it.

The first machine delivered was defective (leaked water into the drum between washes). The replacement machine provides such little water that clothes are just not cleaned. There are no suds. I am all for HE, but this is ridiculous. Impossible to clean off the most basic dirt and everyday stains that came off readily in my former front loader Electrolux washer (10 yeas old that was amazing). I have to run a normal load 2-3 times to clean regularly used clothes - not like grease or grass stains. Forget coffee, blood or ketchup. This doesn't clean off some tinted moisturizer on a towel. Electronic buttons hard to get to work. Water temp unreliable. It is pretty quiet though.

After several months' use, I've found this to be a very effective washer, except for one very annoying detail: the "wool cycle" allows only for the use of warm water. Cold and eco-cold are not options. I can't imagine what software engineer thought this was a good idea, since wool fibers shrink in warm water. I'm left to wash my sweaters in bags in the delicate cycle. Boo!

Really good washer. Quiet and leaves the clothes nearly dry after spinning. The controls are very logical and easy to use. There are a lot of cycles to use for a broad variety of clothing, and it's not confusing to find the one you need. Putting in the bleach and fabric softener is simple and there has been no staining of clothes from bleach. Excellent price compared to other machines that seemed like you need an engineering degree to figure out.

This is a fabulous compact washer. Spent a great deal of time and energy researching online and visiting local appliance stores. This had a very high rating, near the top of the list in consumer reviews and several other sites. The washer is fast, quiet, easy to use, & the clothes come out with very little moisture with the high spin speeds allowing the dryer to get them totally dry quicker. What a difference from my washer that I replaced after 15 years. They have come a long way and are worth the upgrade.

I purchased this compact washer at Sears last month. It is manufactured in Italy and had very high ratings. It replaced a compact Whirlpool. I have not used the steam cycle settings, but the other normal cycles have been great. Someone posted that the start button can be difficult. Just place your finger horizonatally over Start, do not just try to tap it with your finger tip and it will work everytime. This washer even gets out ground in dirt on old jeans (it has a special blue jean cycle). It actually holds more clothes than our old Whirlpool. You can stuff them in and it gets them very clean. It is also much faster than our old washer. It will throughly wash the clothes and then the spin cycle is so efficient the clothes come out almost dry. Shirts will dry in less than 10 min! We love it!
